How do I Sign Up and start using Dorascribe medical Transcription?
You can create an account on the Sign Up Page using your email address. This will start a Free trial providing you with 10 medical transcriptions per month. You can start generating medical notes right after signing up, just hit Record and begin your conversation. When done, press Generate to create a note based on the patient encounter.
How do I start transcribing patient encounters into medical notes?
Dorascribe makes it simple to convert patient encounters into precise medical notes with real-time transcription:
1. Once Signed Up you can press “Create a new patient” which will prompt you to add their details and select the note type.
2. Press “Start recording” to record your conversation.
3. When done recording, press “Generate transcription” which will turn your conversation into a medical note.
How do I edit or delete a transcription?
1. After a transcription is created it will show up in the left sidebar in the dashboard where it can be managed.
2. Press the patient name to open their visit information. There you can change the note type, generate a referral, or update the transcript.
3. To delete a transcription, press a three-dot button near the patient’s name and select “Delete”.
Can I use Dorascribe on my mobile device or tablet?
Yes, Dorascribe can be used on multiple platforms including smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
Can I transcribe in real-time, or does Dorascribe only work with recordings?
Yes, the transcription captures your conversations in real time creating the medical note in seconds.
How do I access previous transcriptions?
After a patient data is created it will be added in the left sidebar of the dashboard where it can be accessed and managed.
How does Dorascribe Medical Transcription work?
– Dorascribe utilizes a combination of large medical language models, artificial intelligence, and web3 technologies to generate medical dictations, transcriptions, and chart notes.
– Simply speak or type into the app, and it will transcribe your voice into accurate and detailed medical notes.
– You can use these notes to generate additional outputs (SOAP notes, referral letters, forms, etc.) based on templates.
